A Trip To St Louis With Southwest Airlines
Only a couple of years ago, my professional life brought me to America. Ever since I have been here I always wanted to explore the country as America is a huge part of pop culture almost everywhere around the world. One of the first cities that was really high on my list of cities to travel to was St Louis. The second-largest city in Missouri, St Louis is known for its rich heritage and vibrant culture.
The previous week, I was finally able to take the time out of my professional life and visit the amazing city, and saying that it was worth it would be an understatement. There are many popular tourist attractions in St Louis. Here’s a list of a few of the tourist attractions that were the highlight of my trip.
Gateway Arch - Arguably the most popular tourist attraction in St Louis, Gateway Arch is the tallest monument in the United States.
Missouri Botanical Garden - Also known as the Shaw Garden, it comprises a Climatron, a lovely rose garden, a Japanese garden, aqua-tunnel, and a herbarium.
Scott Joplin House (for all the music lovers out there).
Market Street (located beside the Gateway Arch)
Magic House, St Louis Children’s Museum - The museum has hands-on exhibits about science, communications, and computers which are designed to encourage children's engagement.
City Museum - An extremely entertaining facility for people of all ages, the City Museum is housed in a former shoe factory. Apart from its great exhibits, the building itself has great architecture.
Grant’s Farm
Forest Park
Busch Stadium
Lone Elk Park
Based upon the above listed amazing tourist attractions, it is definitely a good idea to visit St Louis if you are contemplating on it. I traveled to the city with Southwest Airlines and if you are considering this airline as well then this article on How To Book Southwest Flights To St Louis would prove to be useful.
