It is important to note that JetBlue charges absolutely no fee for change or cancellation made prior to the flight’s departure for Blue, Blue Extra, Blue Plus, and Mint fares.

Similar to any other airline, JetBlue also allows cancellations to be made within 24 hours of the booking without any cancellation fee applied. For this, you must have booked your flight a minimum of seven days before the flight’s scheduled departure. Also, in such a situation the complete booking must be canceled for eligibility. This is not pertinent for JetBlue Vacations Reservations.

Talking about the JetBlue Non-Refundable fare, passengers can make the change/cancellation of flight booking for a per person change/cancellation fee and the fare difference. As for any balance remaining for that ticket, it will be credited to the future travel which will be valid for use for a one-year period from the date of purchase of the flight booking.

In the case of refundable fares, JetBlue Airways allows the passengers to cancel their flight booking before the scheduled departure of the flight. Any changes made to the flight booking depend on the availability and difference in the fare.
