If your Lufthansa flight is delayed by 2 or more hours due to an irregularity one or more days before the departure day and by 5 hours due to an irregularity on the flight’s departure day itself, then also the passenger is eligible for receiving a full refund.

The passenger has purchased a refundable ticket.

Your flight is impacted by Covid-19.

Boarding denials despite a confirmed reservation.

Go to the ‘My Bookings’ tab which can be found in the lower part of the screen.

Enter the required information (first name, last name, and confirmation code).

Now click on the ‘Find Booking’ option.

Choose the booking you wish to cancel and click on the cancellation button.

Finally, you will have to confirm your cancellation.
